What are your shipping rates?

Standard Shipping is $6.50 for Australia and New Zealand addresses. Shipping rates for a single Music CD is $2.95. For more than one CD, standard shipping rates apply.

For orders over $90, standard shipping is free anywhere in Australia and New Zealand.

For a selection of products we can also offer an Express shipping option for $13, when sending to an Australian address. If this option is available you can select it during the check-out process.

If you want the item shipped outside Australia and New Zealand a shipping cost of $36.50 will apply

Will items with different shipping times be sent separately?

We always ship treeets as soon as possible to you, and sometimes we will need to ship them from different warehouses. This means that if you have ordered several treeets they may arrive at separate times. We will keep you informed about the progress of your order and when you should expect to receive your treeets.

Separate shipments are made at no extra cost to you.

Can I use a PO Box for delivery?

A PO Box address can be used when Standard Shipping is selected. Then a delivery note will be left in your PO box advising you that the item can be picked up at your local post office. Unfortunately a PO box address can not be used for Express shipping.

Note that you can also set up a separate shipping address from your home address, e.g. having your treeet delivered to your office.

Can I pick up my order?

No, all orders are shipped from our warehouses and treeet.com.au currently doesn’t have a normal retail store facility.

My order is over $90, why am I still being charged a shipping fee?

If your shipping address is outside Australia an international shipping fee would still apply.
Also, if you have selected express shipping option there will still be a shipping charge that applies.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

On your Order Confirmation and in the purchase history section of "My Account" you can find your "Expected Delivery Date". This indicates the latest date you should expect to receive your item(s). We stand by our Delivery Guarantee and if your parcel does not arrive by this date we will gladly refund your postage costs. Please be aware that the delivery time of orders will vary depending on whether the item is in stock, the delivery location and the method of delivery you select. Whilst this does not affect our Delivery Guarantee we have provided the guidelines below to help you understand how your order will get to you.
Every product on treeet will contain the following stock information next to the order button:

"IN STOCK"
This item is currently IN STOCK in the treeet warehouse is ready to ship and we will make every effort to despatch it to you within 24 hours of receiving your order.

"STOCK AVAILABLE"
This item is usually available from our suppliers and is typically received in our warehouse within 5-10 days. Occasionally our suppliers may be out of stock or unable to complete an order, or an item may need to be sourced from the US or UK. If a delay is expected our customer service team will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of your order’s process.

"AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER"
This item has not yet been released but a pre-order will be placed to ensure you receive your copy as soon as it is available. Pre-ordered titles are usually despatched within 24 hours of being received in the treeet warehouse. Please note that, while we will make every effort to send you your item as soon as it is available, release dates are beyond our control and subject to change and we can make no delivery guarantee for pre-ordered items.

"SPECIAL ORDER"
This item is NOT currently stocked in Australia by any supplier and a special order must be placed to import it from an international supplier. Special Order titles frequently take up to 8 weeks to be received into our warehouse so please take this into account before placing your order.

"OUT OF PRINT"
Unfortunately most printed books will only have a short publishing life. Sooner or later a choice will be made by the publishing house not to print any more copies and officially list the book as Out of Print. This means that, once all the stock has been sold, no retailers will be able to source a new copy. At treeet we still like to list Out of Print books on our site to help you in your search and, if the book you are looking for has gone Out of Print, we suggest that you make enquiries with second hand book retailers, many of whom may have copies of your desired title in "as new" or even "mint" condition. We recommend you begin your search for a second hand copy at AbeBooks: www.abebooks.com.

Estimated Delivery Times

We use Australia Post’s parcel delivery service and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Parcels may also be subject to postal delays from time to time, particularly around peak periods such as Christmas. The list below gives the approximate times it will take for your order to be delivered within Australia AFTER it is despatched from the treeet warehouse.

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, ACT & Adelaide Metro – 1 to 4 business days
• Hobart, Perth, & Darwin Metro – 3 to 7 business days
• Regional NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and TAS – 4 to 8 business days
• Regional NT and WA – 6 to 10 business days

When should I expect my Magazine order to arrive?

Please note that magazine subscriptions normally take between 4-12 weeks for the first issue to arrive depending on frequency of issues and when the order was placed.

How do I change my delivery address?

You can update your delivery address in the My Account section on the website.
Note that your delivery address and shipping address can be different if you e.g. want to have your order sent to an office address or as a gift to a friend.

If you're using PayPal then note that the shipping address stated in your PayPal account will be copied over to your Treeet account as part of the check-out process. Be sure to check that this is the address you want to use.
